ScholasTechs is pleased to introduce ScholasTrack, the premium academic advising tracking and reporting software for student athlete study skill hours. ScholasTrack runs within FileMaker Pro 7 and higher on both Macintosh and Widows systems. How does it work? As easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. Add Times
Click once to add an In, Out, or Other time (such as a meeting or a required film). ScholasTrack will automatically round to the nearest quarter-hour based on your preferences. If something special comes up, you can also add a handy Note.
2. Print Advisor Reports
Your second click prints a weekly Advisor Report. For ease of distribution in the office, ScholasTrack sorts all students by advisor and starts each advisor off on a new page.
3. Email Student Reports
Your final click sends a custom Student Report via email to each student. In the preferences, you can also set ScholasTrack to CC each student's specific advisor automatically.
The Two Other Clicks Per Year
Of course we did leave out the 30-second initial setup (one click: New Database Initalization, then add the start date) when you first install ScholasTrack and the 30-second initialization for newly imported records (one click: Imported Records Initialization) but, since you only have to do each once a year, we thought we'd leave out the time-consuming stuff. You know, makes the software look easier.
Any Other Clicks?
Okay, okay! You got us! ScholasTrack also provides one-click access to Students, Advisors, Preferences, and Help pages. With just one more click, you can also Import, Export, Add, Edit, and Delete student and advisor records.
